1. Prices valid for 30 days from proposal date. 2. Payment terms: 30% mobilisation advance, 60% on practical completion, 10% upon final handover. 3. All prices are in AED and exclusive of VAT. VAT at 5% will be added to all taxable items as per UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations. 4. Plant material subject to availability. Substitutions of equivalent species may apply. 5. This BOQ excludes any statutory fees, municipality permits, or authority approvals unless explicitly stated. 6. Scope of work is as described herein. Any additional works will be subject to a separate variation order.
